🔍 Conduct business analysis including process mapping, gap analysis and requirements elicitation for banking transformation.
Hybrid role supporting project delivery through stakeholder collaboration and functional specification development.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Perform detailed business analysis; map processes; conduct gap analysis; elicit/validate requirements with stakeholders.
- 🔧 Translate business needs into functional specs/user stories; contribute to solution design; support SIT/UAT testing.
- 📈 Develop delivery strategies/training materials; prepare BRDs/process flows; provide project status updates.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ Strong analytical/problem-solving; transformation methodologies (Agile/Waterfall); banking process knowledge essential.
- 🔒 Visio/JIRA/Confluence/Excel/PowerBI proficiency; risk/controls understanding; excellent stakeholder communication.
Desired:
- 📊 Operational workflows/customer onboarding/lending/payments/compliance domain experience.
