🗂️ Key Responsibilities:

• 🏗️ Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using backend technologies (Node.js / PHP Laravel / Java / Python) and frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)
• 🤖 Leverage AI agents and coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, custom agents) to accelerate feature development, improve code quality, automate repetitive workflows, and boost test coverage
• 🔌 Build and consume RESTful APIs, manage application state, and optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) through smart query and data model design
• 🔍 Debug complex full-stack issues, optimize performance, participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ship features end-to-end

✅ Requirements:

🔑 Must-Haves:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 💻 3–5 years of hands-on full stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies
• ⚛️ Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks — React, Angular, or Vue
• 💬 Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and clear communication ability

🛠️ Technical Skills:

• ⚙️ Experience building backend services with Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Java, or Python
• 🗃️ Working knowledge of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases with query optimization skills
• ☁️ Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and Docker containers is a strong plus
• 🤖 Experience using AI coding tools or AI agents (Copilot, Cursor) to improve development velocity is strongly preferred
• 🔀 Solid understanding of Git, branching strategies, Agile/Scrum, and collaborative development workflows
