  • 🚀 Handle creator enquiries, provide solutions, enhance platform usage
  • 🔌 Work with chatbots, automation, support tools; test/improve workflows
  • 🏗️ Replicate bugs, collaborate with product team, refine creator experience
  • 🔍 Build practical solutions: HTML/CSS/JS, process improvements, internal tools
  • 🤝 Be creator voice to product team and product voice to creators

✅ Requirements:

🔑 Must-Haves:

  • 1+ years support experience in tech/product company
  • Technical curiosity: comfortable with HTML/CSS/JS, automation tools
  • Exceptional written English, empathy, patience under pressure
  • Proactive organization, prioritization, trend identification

🛠️ Technical Skills:

  • Support platforms (Zendesk preferred), chatbots, automation
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Workspace, Zapier
  • Bug reproduction, workflow optimization
  • Clear visual communication, documentation skills
