About the Role:
Mastercard is hiring a Senior Analyst – Risk Management to join its Risk Analytics, Technology, and Innovation team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data, technology, and risk, helping build scalable solutions that improve risk monitoring and decision-making. You’ll manage risk platforms, develop analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Manage and enhance the Risk Appetite Metrics Platform used across the organization
📌 Develop data-driven analytics, automation, and reporting solutions
📌 Build dashboards and insights to support risk decision-making
📌 Collaborate with risk, compliance, and technology teams
📌 Identify process gaps and design scalable solutions
📌 Provide user support, training, and platform improvements
📌 Work on AI-enabled and automation-driven risk solutions
Requirements:
🎯 Strong experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or related fields
🎯 Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
🎯 Experience with data tools like Python, Alteryx, or Power Query
🎯 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🎯 Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into solutions
🎯 Experience in financial services or fintech industry preferred
🎯 Knowledge of risk frameworks, controls, and reporting
🎯 Excellent communication and presentation skills
