About the Role:
Mastercard is hiring a Lead Project Manager to join its Global Business Solutions Center Strategy, Enablement & Transformation team. In this role, you will lead large-scale transformation projects, work closely with global stakeholders, and drive process improvements across multiple business functions. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for professionals who enjoy managing complex projects and influencing business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Plan, develop, and execute project schedules to meet business goals
📌 Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including timelines and deliverables
📌 Communicate project progress and updates to senior leadership
📌 Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
📌 Identify process gaps and implement improvement strategies
📌 Analyze operational data to support business decisions
📌 Drive transformation initiatives across shared services functions
Requirements:
🎯 10+ years of experience in project/program management
🎯 Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (PMP preferred)
🎯 Experience in large-scale transformation or consulting environments
🎯 Knowledge of process improvement frameworks like Lean Six Sigma
🎯 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
🎯 Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
🎯 Excellent communication and leadership abilities
🎯 Exposure to fintech, shared services, or enterprise operations preferred
