💡About the Role:
PTC is hiring a Senior Technical Lead 👨💻 for its FlexPLM Customer Response Team (CRT) in Pune.This role involves troubleshooting complex customer issues, fixing server/client-side bugs, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and developing scalable enterprise solutions for FlexPLM products.Candidates will work closely with engineering teams, customers, and partners while contributing to software development, testing, debugging, and technical mentoring 🚀
📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Debug and troubleshoot complex customer-reported issues 🔍
📌 Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical system problems ⚙️
📌 Develop and maintain scalable enterprise applications 💻
📌 Write optimized, well-documented, and high-performing code 📝
📌 Create unit tests and integration test cases using JUnit 🧪
📌 Collaborate with customers, partners, and engineering teams 🤝
📌 Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge 👨🏫

🎯Requirements:
🎯 7–9 years of experience in Software Development and Technical Leadership 👨💻
🎯 Strong expertise in Core Java and Collections Framework ☕
🎯 Experience with REST APIs and enterprise application development 🌐
🎯 Knowledge of JSP, AngularJS, JQuery, and JavaScript 💻
🎯 Familiarity with Ag-Grid and frontend technologies ⚡
🎯 Experience with Oracle or MSSQL databases 🗄️
🎯 Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills 🔍
🎯 Ability to handle escalated production and customer issues 🚀
