💡About the Role:
Quest Global is hiring a CNC Programmer to support Aerospace Manufacturing projects across India ✈️.The role involves developing CNC programs, creating manufacturing processes, validating machining operations, supporting production teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for aerospace components.Candidates will work with advanced CAD/CAM platforms, CNC controls, simulation software, and manufacturing engineering teams to ensure high-quality production and process optimization.

📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Develop CNC programs using NX, CATIA, ESPIRIT, TopSolid, and other CAD/CAM platforms 💻
📌 Create manufacturing processes and machining strategies for aerospace components ⚙️
📌 Generate cutting tool paths and NC codes for production 🛠️
📌 Perform Vericut and NCSIMUL simulations for program verification 🔍
📌 Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing launch activities 🚀
📌 Analyze and optimize machining processes for quality and productivity 📈
📌 Create tool assemblies, tool drawings, and manufacturing documentation 📑
📌 Support shop floor teams with technical manufacturing solutions 🏭
📌 Conduct root cause analysis and resolve manufacturing issues 🔧
📌 Collaborate with suppliers, production teams, and engineering departments 🤝
📌 Participate in supplier audits and continuous improvement initiatives 📊
📌 Ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards and quality procedures ✈️

🎯Requirements:
🎯 Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience 🎓
🎯 Strong expertise in CNC Programming and Manufacturing Engineering ⚙️
🎯 Experience with NX, CATIA, ESPIRIT, TopSolid, or similar CAD/CAM tools 💻
🎯 Knowledge of 3-Axis, 4-Axis, and 5-Axis Machining Operations 🛠️
🎯 Experience with CNC Controls such as Siemens, Fanuc, and Heidenhain 🔧
🎯 Strong understanding of GD&T and Engineering Drawings 📐
🎯 Experience with Vericut, NCSIMUL, or similar simulation tools 🔍
🎯 Knowledge of manufacturing processes for Steel, Aluminium, Titanium, and Nickel Alloys ⚡
🎯 Good communication and problem-solving skills 💬
🎯 Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments 🚀
