Sutherland is hiring Associate Customer Service professionals for its Kochi office ๐.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through voice support. ๐Key Responsibilities:
๐ Resolve customer requests and inquiries through inbound and outbound calls ๐
๐ Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction โญ
๐ Meet contact center KPIs, productivity targets, and SLA requirements ๐
๐ Adhere to data security policies and confidentiality agreements ๐
๐ Complete mandatory training programs and e-learning courses ๐
๐ Attend coaching and feedback sessions to improve performance ๐
๐ Maintain 100% schedule adherence and attendance compliance โฐ
๐ Ensure all customer queries are resolved accurately and efficiently โ
๐ Contribute positively to team performance and operational goals ๐ค
