This role is built for high-performance sales leaders ⚡As a Branch Manager for Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP), you will lead branch-level growth, drive loan disbursements, and build a strong local lending network.You are not just managing a branch — you are building a micro-finance growth engine inside a high-demand lending market.

📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Drive monthly and annual sales targets for Secured Business Loans / Micro LAP
📌 Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team 👥
📌 Develop local DSA/channel partner network
📌 Execute field sales strategy for business growth 📍
📌 Monitor leads, conversions, and portfolio quality through CRM
📌 Ensure compliance with RBI and internal lending policies
📌 Manage end-to-end loan lifecycle (sourcing → approval → disbursement)
📌 Build strong customer relationships and referral networks 🤝
📌 Coordinate with credit & operations teams for smooth processing
🎯Requirements:
🎯 Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
🎯 2–6 years experience in banking, NBFC, microfinance, or secured lending
🎯 Strong understanding of LAP / mortgage / secured loans
🎯 Field sales & team handling experience
🎯 Strong communication & negotiation skills 💬
