π‘About the Role:
The next generation of software won’t simply respond to commands.It will reason, plan, remember, and make decisions.HARMAN is hiring an Associate Engineer β AI/ML with Python to help build intelligent Agentic AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern cloud technologies.This role is perfect for fresh graduates and early-career AI engineers who enjoy building real products instead of just learning theory. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers while developing production-ready AI systems used in next-generation automotive technologies.
πKey Responsibilities:
π Build Agentic AI workflows using LLMs, reasoning engines, planners, memory, and AI tools π€
π Develop intelligent applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and modern AI frameworks π§
π Build REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Django, Flask, Robyn, or Vert.x βοΈ
π Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases π
π Develop Machine Learning models including feature engineering and data preprocessing π
π Build secure backend applications with OAuth, JWT authentication, and microservices π
π Work with databases including MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, and ScyllaDB ποΈ
π Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes βοΈ
π Support AWS cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery π
π Collaborate across Agile teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle π€
π―Requirements:
π― Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or Related Field π
π― 0β1 year of experience or strong academic/project exposure in AI, ML, or Software Development π»
π― Strong programming skills in Python π
π― Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals and common ML algorithms π€
π― Hands-on exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy π
π― Basic understanding of NLP, Transformers, OpenAI models, and LLaMA π§
π― Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, SQLAlchemy, and backend development π
π― Experience with Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket βοΈ
π― Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment concepts π
