💡About the Role:
Education is more than academics.For a child battling cancer, education represents hope, normalcy, confidence, and a future beyond treatment.CanKids are looking for passionate Teachers to support children undergoing cancer treatment through formal, non-formal, remedial, and therapeutic education programs.You’ll work directly with children in hospital settings, school rooms, and support centers, helping them continue learning while navigating one of the most challenging periods of their lives.

📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Conduct daily teaching sessions using the PEP learning framework 📚
📌 Deliver personalized learning support based on individual needs 👩‍🏫
📌 Engage students through interactive and holistic learning activities 🎨
📌 Conduct assessments and monitor academic progress 📝
📌 Support children with reintegration into mainstream schools 🏫
📌 Coordinate with parents and caregivers for educational continuity 🤝
📌 Organize Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and awareness sessions 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
📌 Maintain student records, reports, and vCAN documentation 💻
📌 Collaborate with Social Support Teams for holistic child development ❤️
📌 Submit monthly progress reports and follow-up documentation 📊

🎯Requirements:
🎯 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Child Development, Special Education, or related field 🎓
🎯 2–5 years of teaching experience 👩‍🏫
🎯 Experience in remedial or special education preferred 📖
🎯 Prior exposure to children with health impairments or learning disabilities is an advantage 🌟
🎯 Strong classroom management and student engagement skills 💬
🎯 Ability to adapt teaching methods based on health and learning needs 🧠
🎯 Good documentation and reporting abilities 📝
🎯 Familiarity with digital learning tools and online teaching platforms 💻
