💡About the Role:
Marriott is hiring a Mgr-Accounting for its Courtyard property in Chennai. This role involves managing accounting operations, financial reporting, ledger reconciliation, budgeting, audits, taxation, and ensuring compliance with financial policies while supporting hotel operations.

📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Manage general ledger and account reconciliations 📒
📌 Prepare financial reports and period-end closing 📊
📌 Monitor budgets, taxes, and financial controls 💰
📌 Balance credit card ledgers and verify financial records 💳
📌 Coordinate accounting audits and SOP compliance ✅
📌 Resolve financial discrepancies and reporting issues 🔍
📌 Support accounting team training and development 🤝
📌 Maintain accurate financial documentation and reporting 📝

🎯Requirements:
🎯 Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or related field 🎓
🎯 Freshers with a 4-year degree can apply 👨‍🎓
🎯 Candidates with a 2-year degree require 2+ years of experience 💼
🎯 Strong accounting, reporting, and reconciliation skills 📈
