💡About the Role:
Wesco is hiring a Manager – Accounting for its Pune office. This leadership role is ideal for experienced accounting professionals who can manage financial reporting, ERP implementations, accounting operations, audits, process improvements, and lead accounting teams while supporting global finance transformation initiatives.

📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Lead accounting operations including General Ledger, AP, AR, Revenue & Asset Accounting 📊
📌 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements 📑
📌 Support audits, SEC filings, and tax reporting 📝
📌 Drive ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives ⚙️
📌 Lead process automation and continuous improvement projects 🚀
📌 Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and company accounting policies ✅
📌 Manage and mentor accounting professionals 👥
📌 Collaborate with global stakeholders on finance projects 🌍

🎯Requirements:
🎯 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 🎓
🎯 Master’s Degree preferred 📚
🎯 6+ years of progressive accounting experience 💼
🎯 2–4 years of people management experience 👨‍💼
🎯 Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, Financial Statements & Internal Controls 📊
🎯 Experience with Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar ERP systems 💻
🎯 Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 📈
🎯 Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills 🤝
