π‘About the Role:
Cedar Group is hiring a Human Resource Manager to own and lead core HR operations across the Group.You’ll manage the complete employee lifecycle β from onboarding and confirmation to transfers and exits β while driving performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, HR governance, and employee relations.The role also involves managing the HR team, supporting functional leaders on people-related matters, maintaining HR systems and records, and using HR analytics to help leadership make better workforce decisions.This is a strategic HR operations role for someone who can combine people leadership, operational discipline, confidentiality, analytics, and business partnering.
πKey Responsibilities:
π Own the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits π₯
π Manage performance management and employee engagement processes π
π Drive learning and development initiatives across the organization π
π Maintain HR policies, HRIS, employee records, and documentation accurately ποΈ
π Advise managers on employee relations and people-related matters π€
π Support leadership with HR insights, analytics, and workforce reporting π
π Drive employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives π±
π Lead and develop the HR team π©βπΌ
π Ensure HR processes comply with applicable employment requirements and organizational policies βοΈ
π Establish strong HR process governance across the Group π
π Partner with function heads to strengthen organizational capability π
π Coordinate with external HR service providers, learning partners, and compliance bodies π
π Handle confidential employee information with a high degree of discretion π
π―Requirements:
π― Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Related Discipline π
π― Minimum 8 years of professional HR experience π©βπΌ
π― Strong experience across HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Performance Management π
π― Previous experience managing an HR team π₯
π― Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management π
π― Experience managing HR policies, HRIS, and employee records π»
