๐กAbout the Role:
The Human Resources Service Center Specialist-Senior will play an important role in supporting immigration and global mobility services for international employees.
You’ll manage immigration cases, coordinate with external vendors and legal partners, monitor deadlines, maintain confidential employee records, and help employees understand complex immigration requirements.
The role also involves working closely with Mobility, HR, and business teams to support international assignments and workforce movements.
This isn’t simply a case-processing position.
It’s about making sure people can move where the business needs them โ without compromising compliance, accuracy, or employee experience.
๐Key Responsibilities:
๐ Manage visa, work permit, and immigration case processing for international employees. ๐
๐ Coordinate with immigration vendors and legal partners to resolve complex cases. ๐ค
๐ Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations across relevant jurisdictions. โ๏ธ
๐ Maintain accurate and confidential immigration case records across HR systems. ๐
๐ Monitor case deadlines, renewals, and status requirements to prevent lapses. โฐ
๐ Identify potential risks or delays and escalate them proactively. ๐จ
๐ Support employees throughout immigration processes and provide clear guidance. ๐ฅ
๐ Partner with Mobility, HR, and business teams on international assignments. โ๏ธ
๐ Support workforce movement and global mobility initiatives. ๐
๐ Coordinate vendor activities and monitor service delivery. ๐
๐ Drive continuous improvement across immigration services and processes. โ๏ธ
๐ Maintain high standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and policy compliance. โ
๐ฏRequirements:
๐ฏ Experience delivering immigration or global mobility support within a large, global organization. ๐
๐ฏ Strong understanding of visa, work permit, and immigration case management. ๐
๐ฏ Knowledge of immigration laws and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. โ๏ธ
๐ฏ Experience working with immigration vendors and legal service providers. ๐ค
