๐The internet works because someone makes sure it doesn’t stop working.
A server goes down.
A network starts behaving strangely.
A customer reports an incident.
An SLA clock starts ticking.
And somewhere behind the scenes, an engineer begins looking for the answer.
That’s the world of Data Centre Remote Technical Support.
NTT DATA is hiring an MS Engineer (L1) in Bangalore for an entry-level technical engineering role focused on remote support, incident diagnosis, troubleshooting, and service restoration.
For someone starting a career in IT infrastructure, networking, or data centre operations, this is an opportunity to learn how enterprise technology is supported when uptime actually matters.
๐About NTT DATA:
NTT DATA is a global business and technology services company and part of the NTT Group. ๐๐ป
The company serves organizations across industries with services spanning technology consulting, cloud, data and AI, infrastructure, applications, connectivity, and digital transformation.

๐ฅCareer Insight:
Your first IT role doesn’t need to give you a fancy title.
It needs to give you real problems to solve.
A technical support engineer learns something that tutorials can’t teach:
What happens when technology meets reality.
A network doesn’t behave exactly as expected.
A server needs attention.
A customer is waiting.
An SLA is running.
And you need to stay calm enough to find the root cause.
That experience compounds.
Today, you’re troubleshooting incidents.
Tomorrow, you could be managing infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, security systems, or entire data centre operations.
The career starts with learning how to solve the problem in front of you.
