Pratham is looking for a Beauty Academic In-Charge in Mumbai to manage training quality, support students, coordinate practical exposure, and help learners prepare for life beyond the classroom.

💡About the Role:
As a Beauty Academic In-Charge, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that students receive quality training based on Pratham’s curriculum.

You’ll coordinate guest lectures, arrange visits to local beauty parlours, facilitate industrial training, and counsel students regarding placements and post-placement support.

You’ll also maintain academic records, monitor equipment and product usage, support virtual learning, and stay connected with students and team members.

The role sits at an important intersection:

Teaching + coordination + student development + career support.

📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Train students according to the curriculum provided by Pratham. 👩‍🏫

📌 Organize guest lectures to enhance students’ practical exposure. 🎤

📌 Arrange visits to local beauty parlours. 💇‍♀️

📌 Coordinate industrial training opportunities during the course. 🏢

📌 Counsel students regarding placements and post-placement support. 🎯

📌 Maintain the overall training quality of the centre. ✅

📌 Maintain reports related to equipment and products used during training. 📋

📌 Conduct virtual training sessions when required. 💻

📌 Maintain academic Excel sheets and student records. 📊

📌 Coordinate academic activities and ensure smooth centre operations. ⚙️

🎯Requirements:
🎯 Minimum qualification of 12th Pass or Graduation. 🎓

🎯 Diploma or certification in a Beauty Course is required/preferred. 💄

🎯 2–3 years of relevant experience in beauty, teaching, or training. 💼

🎯 Experience or interest in training and teaching. 👩‍🏫

🎯 Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and Word. 💻

🎯 Familiarity with internet-based applications and digital communication. 🌐

🎯 Knowledge of virtual platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet. 📹

🎯 Good communication skills. 🗣️

🎯 Fluency in English, Hindi, and the relevant regional language. 🇮🇳
