💡About the Role:
As a Medical Support Executive, you’ll be part of a remote healthcare support service that allows patients and families to ask medical and non-medical questions in their regional language.

You’ll respond to queries, make calls when required, document conversations and coordinate with the medical team.

📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Respond to patient and family queries through the Remote Engagement Service 📱

📌 Provide responses according to established training, protocols and guidelines

📌 Manage technology platforms used for the service, including WhatsApp and other digital tools 💻

📌 Translate questions from Hindi/Punjabi into English for the medical team

📌 Document patient and family conversations accurately 📝

📌 Keep Remote Engagement Service reports updated

📌 Call families when required and communicate with them in Hindi/Punjabi 📞

📌 Record call details according to established formats

📌 Conduct surveys and other assigned activities

📌 Participate in additional Remote Engagement Service initiatives

📌 Coordinate effectively with the medical team and other stakeholders 🤝


🎯Requirements:
🎯 B.Sc. Nursing candidates can apply 👩‍⚕️

🎯 Freshers are eligible

🎯 1–2 years of clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory

🎯 Strong Hindi communication skills preferred

🎯 Fluency in speaking, reading and writing the required regional language

🎯 Ability to communicate clearly with patients and family members

🎯 Comfortable using Android phones and laptops 📱💻

🎯 Familiarity with web browsers, Gmail and online platforms

🎯 Strong documentation and attention-to-detail skills

🎯 Ability to work an 8-hour schedule
