THANAL is looking for a Senior Finance Executive in Kozhikode to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits and financial coordination across the organization.

💡About the Role:
As a Senior Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing core accounting and finance activities while supporting financial planning, reporting, compliance and audit requirements.
You’ll work closely with management, auditors and different branches/centres to ensure financial information is accurate, documented and available when needed.
📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Manage daily accounting and finance operations.
📌 Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports and financial schedules.
📌 Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
📌 Monitor income, expenses, cash flow and outstanding payments.
📌 Assist with budgeting, financial planning and variance analysis.
📌 Ensure timely completion of monthly and annual financial closing activities.
📌 Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
📌 Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audits.
📌 Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, PF, ESI and other statutory requirements.
📌 Review financial transactions for proper documentation and approvals.
📌 Prepare management reports and provide financial information to leadership.
📌 Coordinate with branches and centres regarding accounting and financial matters.
📌 Identify financial discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective measures.
📌 Support the Finance Manager with financial analysis and other assigned responsibilities.
🎯Requirements:
🎯 Minimum 3 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
🎯 Strong understanding of accounting and financial operations.
🎯 Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.
🎯 Knowledge of financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing.
🎯 Understanding of taxation and statutory compliance requirements.
🎯 Familiarity with PF, ESI and other applicable statutory requirements.
🎯 Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
🎯 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
🎯 Good communication and coordination abilities.
🎯 Ability to manage financial information with accuracy and confidentiality.
