Ingredion is looking for an Accounts Executive in Nashik to manage day-to-day accounting activities while supporting financial closing, statutory compliance, audits, fixed assets, treasury and internal controls.

💡About the Role:
As an Accounts Executive, you will manage a broad range of finance and accounting activities for Ingredion’s Nashik operations.

Your responsibilities will span Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, journal entries, General Ledger, bank postings, fixed assets, intercompany transactions and financial closing.

You will also support GST, TDS, Income Tax and Customs compliance while working with auditors, internal stakeholders and finance teams to maintain strong financial controls. 🧾🔍

📌Key Responsibilities:

  • 🧾 Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including AP, AR, journal entries, bank postings and GL maintenance.
  • 💳 Process vendor invoices, employee expense claims and payments with appropriate approvals and supporting documentation.
  • 📊 Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities.
  • 🔄 Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support financial reporting.
  • 🏢 Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and calculate depreciation and amortization.
  • 🤝 Handle intercompany transactions and support treasury activities.
  • 🏦 Coordinate with banks and provide support for cash-flow activities.
  • 🇮🇳 Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs and other statutory requirements.
  • 🔍 Support statutory, tax and GST audits by providing required documentation and information.
  • 🛡️ Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company accounting policies and standards.

🎯Requirements:

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
  • 💼 3–5 years of experience in Finance and Accounts.
  • 🏭 Experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
  • 📚 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • 🇮🇳 Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • 💻 Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
  • 🧮 Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
  • 📈 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • 🗣️ Good communication and coordination skills.
  • ⏱️ Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively across functions.

  • 💻 SAP and ERP accounting experience.
  • 📊 Strong MS Excel skills and financial reporting knowledge.
