Isuzu Motors India is looking for an Accounts Assistant in Bengaluru to support employee claims, travel expenses, invoice processing, vendor coordination and internal financial controls.

💡About the Role:
As an Accounts Assistant, you will support payable-related activities involving employee expense claims, travel reimbursements and invoice processing.

You will review claims, verify supporting documents, coordinate with employees and vendors, reconcile transactions and assist the finance team with ICFR activities and audit requirements.

The role is suited to someone who enjoys detail-oriented accounting work and can manage high-volume transactions without losing accuracy. 🔍

📌Key Responsibilities:

• 💳 Verify, audit and process employee expense and reimbursement claims according to company policies.
• ✈️ Review and process foreign exchange requests, domestic and international travel bookings and final travel settlements.
• 📋 Track pending claims and coordinate with employees and managers to ensure timely submission and approval.
• 🧾 Review, verify and process ad-hoc invoices as required.
• 🤝 Assist with vendor statement reconciliation and resolve minor billing discrepancies related to administrative and logistics expenses.
• 🛡️ Support Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) documentation, testing and audit activities.
• 📁 Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records for internal and external audits.
• 🔎 Review transactions carefully to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate financial processing.
• ⏱️ Complete accounting activities within required timelines and service-level expectations.

🎯Requirements:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• 💼 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance operations role.
• 💳 Experience with employee expenses or travel claims will be an advantage.
• 💻 Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally or similar platforms.
• 📊 Proficiency in MS Excel; VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are preferred.
• 🔍 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• 📈 Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
• 🗣️ Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• ⏱️ Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
