Accor is looking for an Accounts Executive at Grand Mercure Ahmedabad GIFT City for professionals who can bring accuracy, financial discipline and strong accounting fundamentals to a fast-moving hospitality environment.

💡About the Role:
As an Accounts Executive, you’ll manage day-to-day financial and accounting activities for the hotel.

The position covers Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, revenue reconciliation, cash and bank reconciliation, financial reporting, month-end closing and statutory documentation.

You’ll also coordinate with hotel departments and vendors, support audits and ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded under the appropriate accounts and cost centers. 📊

📌Key Responsibilities:

• 🧾 Verify and process invoices, bills, payments and supporting documents
• 💳 Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• 📊 Perform daily revenue and income reconciliation
• 🏦 Reconcile cash, credit card, bank and other payment transactions
• 📑 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports
• 📅 Support month-end closing, provisions, accruals and reconciliations
• 🧮 Ensure accurate posting and classification of revenues and expenses
• 🤝 Coordinate with departments on billing, purchase orders and financial documentation
• 🏢 Reconcile vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
• 🇮🇳 Maintain records related to GST, TDS and statutory compliance
• 🔍 Support internal and external audits with required documentation
• 🔐 Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and employee information

🎯Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field
• B.Com, M.Com or MBA Finance preferred
• 2–3 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience
• 🏨 Hotel or hospitality finance experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance
• Strong numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple hotel departments
