💡About the Role:
As a GenAI Trainee, you’ll work across Machine Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Data Analytics. From preparing datasets and training models to experimenting with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, computer vision, and AI-powered applications, this role offers broad exposure to modern AI development.

You’ll also contribute to proof-of-concepts, AI integrations, APIs, cloud solutions, testing, documentation, and Responsible AI practices.

📌Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, preprocess, and validate structured and unstructured datasets
  • Support ML and deep learning model development, training, testing, and optimization
  • Work on feature engineering, model tuning, benchmarking, and performance analysis
  • Assist with LLM, multimodal AI, prompt engineering, RAG, and model customization projects
  • Develop and test AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and content-generation solutions
  • Evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, safety, and compliance
  • Support computer vision projects involving detection, classification, segmentation, tracking, and OCR
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and create visualizations, reports, and dashboards
  • Assist in building AI data pipelines, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions
  • Participate in AI proof-of-concepts, research, hackathons, and innovation initiatives
  • Prepare technical and model documentation while following Responsible AI and data-privacy practices

🎯Requirements:

  • BTech degree
  • 0–2 years of experience
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • Understanding of AI/ML and deep learning concepts
  • Basic knowledge of programming and software development practices
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to learn emerging AI technologies
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams
  • Good communication and documentation skills
