💼About the Role:
As an Associate – Accounting, you will support transaction processing and accounting operations, with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.

📌Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounting transaction processing activities.
• Understand and support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.
• Work with end-to-end P2P and O2C processes.
• Use MS Excel for accounting analysis and reporting.
• Apply analytical skills to support accurate financial operations.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve operational targets.
• Identify process challenges and suggest practical improvements.
• Maintain service quality and professional standards.

🎯Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good understanding of accounting concepts.
• Knowledge of transaction processing.
• Understanding of AP and AR processes.
• Familiarity with P2P and O2C cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with MS Excel.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive approach to responsibilities and process improvement.
• Professional attitude, integrity and service orientation.

🎓Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.Com, M.Com or MBA qualification.
• Prior exposure to accounting or finance operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively and achieve individual and team goals.
• Interest in using technology to improve business efficiency.
• Willingness to work in a multi-shift environment.

🕒Shift Timings:
Nexdigm operates in multiple shifts depending on business requirements:

• Morning: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• General: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Evening: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

The assigned shift will be communicated during the offer discussion.
