Job Purpose:

As an Associate Debt Manager, you will plan, organize, direct, and oversee collections
activities in the assigned territory. Your responsibilities include managing agencies,
optimizing EMI retrieval, and ensuring compliance with bank guidelines. Contribute to
organizational objectives by efficiently handling debt collections.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage collections process for assigned debts.
  • Track portfolio for specific buckets in the assigned area.
  • Control delinquency, focusing on non-starters.
  • Allocate and achieve targets from agencies/in-house team.
  • Follow up with default customers regularly.
  • Ensure adherence to collection process and legal guidelines.
  • Trace absconded default customers and initiate recovery.
  • Recommend legal actions for non-recoverable cases.
  • Maintain data for administrative work related to collection.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation: Bachelors in engineering, technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts,
    Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Management.
  • Post-graduation: MBA

Experience:

Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Collection.
