Job Purpose:

As an Associate Relationship Manager, you’ll deepen relationships with Rural Banking
accounts, supporting the Relationship Manager in penetrating liabilities business in
Rural markets. Drive client acquisition, build household-level customer relationships,
and capitalize on lifetime value to achieve larger organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Area Mapping in the catchment and maintain accurate daily activity/sales
    reports.
  • Prepare a Wish list of customers through cold calling and promotion activities
    to drive product awareness.
  • Ensure completion of account opening formalities with strict adherence to KYC
    norms (Field verification Mandatory).
  • Engage customers with multiple products during account Opening (Mobile
    banking, Net banking registration, Recurring Deposit-Fixed Deposit activation).
  • Ensure account activation and maintain the health of the account.
  • Provide superior customer service to capture a larger wallet share of the
    population.
  • Spearhead resolution of customer queries and issues.
  • Assess client needs and generate new revenue sources through cross-sell
    opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with bank requirements.
  • Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across
    the branch network.
  • Provide support for livelihood advancement and community development
    initiatives.

Education Qualification:

  • Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science,
    Biology, Business, Computers, Management.

Experience:

0 to 2 years of relevant branch banking experience.
