Job Purpose:

As an Associate Credit Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing
operations activities across all products in the Retail platform. Evaluate business
processes, conduct random sampling of loan proposals based on predefined
parameters, and document and report findings to management. Collaborate with
teams to enhance processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle original property papers for loan applications.
  • Perform on-ground disbursal activities, including cheque management and legal
    document vetting.
  • Work with sales and credit teams to resolve document-related queries in a timely
    manner.
  • Liaise with legal and technical vendors for document verifications.
  • Manage a team of local operations officers for post-disbursal checks, collection, and
    scanning of physical documents.

Education Qualification:

  • Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts,
    Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Management.
  • Post-graduation: MBA.

Experience:

0 to 2 years of experience in Retail, Wholesale & Treasury.
