Job Purpose:

As an Analyst-Hind Sighting, you will play a crucial role in formulating and
implementing BBG policy, closely collaborating with various teams within BBG,
including Product Manager, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU. Your responsibilities
include designing new product programs, monitoring portfolio risks, and
implementing best practices from an industry and risk perspective.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design new product programs through extensive market research and
    benchmarking.
  • Adhere to governance and control frameworks.
  • Reduce risk-related costs.
  • Identify portfolio trends and generate portfolio-level MIS.
  • Monitor Early Warning Signals (EWS) and Portfolio Delinquency.
  • Map the impact of the external environment on the portfolio through industry
    research.
  • Implement best practices from the industry from a risk perspective.
  • Recommend process changes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for in-house synergies.
  • Provide regular training to the Credit and Business Team.
  • Spearhead initiatives to improve efficiency and portfolio health.
  • Understand digital processes adopted by the bank and proactively identify areas to
    leverage them for efficiency.

Education Qualification:

  • Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science,
    Biology, Business, Computers, Management.
  • Post-graduation: MBA/CA/CS/CFA/ICWA.

Experience:

2 – 5 years of relevant experience.
