Job Purpose:

As a Banker-Customer Experience, your role is to deliver top-notch customer service,
becoming the banking partner of choice for clients. This includes efficient customer
engagement, client service, operations, liability build-up, and cross-sales at the
designated branch while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers daily for CA/SA/TD build-up, Asset & Wealth cross-sell.
  • Achieve business targets assigned as per the performance scorecard.
  • Provide need-based product solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Assess customer propensity and ensure higher product penetration per relationship.
  • Referencing for more business from existing customers.
  • Resolve queries and complaints with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ensure adherence to banking regulations and policies (AML, KYC, Data & Information
    security).
  • Assist in closure of audit report observations.
  • Perform audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and
    guidelines.

Education Qualification:

  • Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science,
    Biology, Business, Computers, Management, or any other graduation degree.

Experience:

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business.
