Desirable Skills:

  • Expertise in Sheet Metal- Press, Weld, Proprietary, Forging, Fastener, and Standard
    parts.
  • Knowledge of supply chain procurement and development.
  • Experience in dealing with diversified suppliers.
  • Familiarity with Zero-based costing, Quote analysis, Negotiation skills, and basic
    financial knowledge.
  • Cost reduction experience with VAVE activities and Yield Improvement.
  • Ability to read and analyze Engineering Standards, technical documents, and
    drawings.
  • Proficient in IT tools like Microsoft Office.
  • Tooling cost estimation from part drawing using ZBC Approach.
  • Understanding of the structure of sheet metal and forging dies, tools, and
    associated designing & manufacturing costs.
  • Willingness to travel based on work requirements.

Qualification:

BE/B. Tech. (Mechanical Engineering)
