Key Responsibilities:

1) Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage passive infrastructure
components, ensuring availability, maintenance, and functionality.
2) Operational Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve operational issues at
owned sites, coordinating with field engineers for timely resolution.
3) Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance
schedules, conduct regular inspections, and address potential issues
proactively.
4) Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors, monitor performance, and
ensure adherence to service level agreements.
5) Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements, industry standards, and internal quality assurance guidelines.
6) Site Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for owned sites,
including layouts, equipment inventory, and incident reports.
7) Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue
resolution, site expansions, upgrades, and new deployments.
8) Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards at
infrastructure sites.
9) Reporting and Analysis: Generate periodic reports on infrastructure
performance, issue resolution, maintenance activities, and KPIs.
10)Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the infrastruc

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure management, preferably in the
    telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of passive infrastructure components.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
