Job Summary:

Join our team as a Business Development Officer and lead our sales efforts in Digital
Marketing, Branding, Web Development, and Video Production. This role requires an
experienced Relationship Manager to develop and implement effective sales
strategies, build strong client relationships, and lead the sales team to achieve
outstanding results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

o Develop and execute sales strategies for Digital Marketing, Branding,
Web Development, and Video Production.
o Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets, motivating, and
coaching for success.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
o Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
o Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
o Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
o Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
o Proven track record in sales management and achieving revenue targets.
o Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Branding, Web Development,
and Video Production.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
o Analytical and strategic thinking.
o Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience Requirements:

o Bachelor’s degree.
o Experience in sales management for Digital Marketing, Branding, Web
Development, and Video Production Sales.
o Experience working with creative teams and project management.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

o Travel required for industry events and client meetings.
o Work primarily conducted in an office environment, with occasional time
on production sets or locations
