Description:

Join our team as a Sales Technology Specialist at Gartner, supporting the global
salesforce through high-quality and timely assistance with sales technology tools. This
role involves managing access rights, providing tier 2 support, leading data clean-up
exercises, and supporting project implementations and back-end integrations. We’re
looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills and previous experience in
application support for enterprise systems.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage access rights on enterprise Sales Technology tools.
  • Provide tier 2 support for all system users, escalating when required.
  • Own and manage data clean-up exercises and process enhancements.
  • Maintain and improve the Sales Technology & Reporting Support knowledge base.
  • Support IT and Sales Technology product managers on project implementations and
    back-end integration.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with strong English proficiency.
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in an application support role for a global
    organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership within a support team.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage demanding timelines.
  • Excellent writing and telephone manners.
