candidate will be responsible for various aspects of patient care and operational support
in our medical facility. Key responsibilities include patient satisfaction, compliance with
medical procedures, implementation of clinical targets, and adherence to company
policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring patient satisfaction survey scores
• Managing patient dropout and transfers
• Reporting incidents according to policy
• Ensuring compliance with laboratory procedures and vaccinations
• Achieving Clinical Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
• Conducting routine patient assessments and education sessions
• Maintaining medical equipment and facilities
• Adhering to company policies and compliance standards
• Fostering a positive team environment

Requirements:
