Role Overview:

As an SDET II at Sprinto, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating our software quality
standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish cutting-edge QA
practices, develop test strategies, and enhance the QA pipeline. Join us in setting up
infrastructure and implementing best practices to streamline testing processes across
the R&D organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement formal QA/testing practices and methodologies.
  • Design and execute test plans and cases to ensure software quality.
  • Enable User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy in partnership with business
    stakeholders.
  • Manage release activities to ensure successful product launches.
  • Coordinate Go-Live activities and deployment plans.
  • Communicate project plans, commitments, and changes to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience.
  • Proficiency in software development life cycle and test cycles.
  • Knowledge of web application architecture and deployment.
  • Familiarity with QA best practices and methodologies.
  • Experience using metrics-driven approach for software improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
