Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and document business
    requirements in the connectivity domain.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data extraction,
    processing, analysis, and visualization.
  • Capture requirements from Business/Product Owners and manage the product backlog.
  • Design and develop insightful dashboards and reports using visualization tools like
    Grafana, Kibana, and Looker.
  • Monitor data quality, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and
    visualizations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Telecommunication and ISP
    services.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with 3+ years as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong Telecom connectivity domain experience.
  • Knowledge in Data Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboard Engineering.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Database tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms and tools like GCP/AWS/Azure.
  • Familiarity with REST API best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Devops->Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Data Analytics
  • Telecom

Generic Skills:

  • Data Analytics->Power BI
  • AWS DevOps
