Job Description:

Genpact is seeking applications for the role of Principal Consultant- Baan ERP SCM
Functional. We are looking for individuals with expertise in ERP deployment and a passion
for driving meaningful transformation for our global customers.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Implementation of Infor ERP LN (Baan) for global customers
  • Business Requirement Analysis and solution design
  • Development, Customization, testing, and implementation of Baan ERP
  • Functional expertise in Finance, Logistics, Service, and Distribution
  • Provide consultancy, pre-sales support, user training, and post-implementation support
  • Coordination with development teams and clients

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

  • BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA
  • Relevant experience in Baan ERP Functional

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills
  • Experienced in global ERP deployment with overseas experience
  • Full Life-Cycle Implementation experience in any ERP system
  • Strong business knowledge and client management skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and drive towards common goals
  • Flexibility for international travel and relocation
