π― About the Role:
As an Account Manager at Swiggy Dineout, you’ll be the driving force behind growing restaurant partnerships in Delhi β onboarding new accounts, managing existing relationships, and generating βΉ80β90 Lacs GMV per month. You’ll combine data-driven insights with on-ground relationship building to help restaurants thrive on the platform. π
ποΈ Key Responsibilities:
- π€ Onboard 70β80 new restaurant partners in your territory and ensure their listings are accurate, attractive, and conversion-ready
- π Visit partners regularly, present growth plans, and align them on offers, promotions, and month-on-month investment strategies
- π Use dashboards (CMS, Power BI, Compass, Salesmate) to track performance metrics like AOV, Ads RPO, conversion funnels, and denial rates
- π Collaborate with internal teams β partner support, sales ops, and finance β to resolve issues and ensure seamless transactions for diners and restaurants
β Requirements:
π Must-Haves:
- π Graduate with 1.5β3 years of field sales experience
- π£οΈ Fluency in local language with working knowledge of English
- πͺ Confident, go-getter personality with strong communication skills
- β° Flexible availability β restaurant partners don’t run on 9-to-5 schedules!
π οΈ Technical & Analytical Skills:
- π Good working knowledge of e-commerce and online marketing channels
- π Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills
- π± Familiarity with data dashboards and conversion funnel metrics
- π Ability to interpret competitor activity and translate insights into partner strategy
