We are seeking proven sales performers to join our team and help grow our customer base
for our Growth Business segment in West India. As an Account Manager, you will play a
pivotal role in generating new business in new accounts and expanding our footprint
within existing customers. Additionally, you will drive strategic CRM initiatives for
companies in the West India market. This role requires a combination of sales expertise
and evangelism to drive Salesforce penetration in the sector. Alongside business
development, you will have access to a range of support functions to facilitate and drive
opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
→ Develop and maintain relationships within our Growth Business segment, focusing
on customers in West India.
→ Lead complex sales cycles and present the value of our enterprise suite of
applications to C-level executives.
→ Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce, ensuring customer
satisfaction and references.
→ Demonstrate our product via the Web and in person.
Requirements
→ 6+ years of experience carrying quota and closing deals in software or technology
sales.
→ Successful track-record managing deals with customers in West India.
→ Consistently over-achieved quota in past positions.
→ Ability to create customer value and close volume deals.
→ Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles.
→ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Desired Skills:
→ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
→ Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
→ CRM experience preferred.
→ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
→ Strong customer references.
→ Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
