About the Role:
🔍 Execute staff-level accounting supporting Caterpillar’s manufacturing operations and cost systems.
Handle cost monitoring, NPI analysis, capital expenditure forecasting, and regional profitability reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📊 Maintain cost systems, develop machine rates, monitor prime product costs, and analyze abnormals.
- 🔧 Support NPI projects with DCF/IRR calculations, budgeting, expense analysis, and low-cost producer studies.
- 📈 Perform OPACC determination, PIA completion, and provide management decision-making analysis.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ CA/CMA certified; 5-7 years accounting; SAP FI/MM/CO expertise; Power BI/Tableau analytics proficiency.
- 🔒 Manufacturing cost accounting; accuracy/attention to detail; analytical problem-solving skills.
