About the Role:
Google’s Finance organization provides in-depth analysis and advisory support across all
products, making strategic decisions based on data. As an Accountant on the Hyderabad
team, you will develop forward-thinking financial analyses, generate management
reports, and help scale automated financial processes. You’ll partner closely with
business managers and cross-functional teams to advise on financial health and
compliance for Google’s Indian entities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian accounting standards, tax
regulations, and external audit requirements. - Stakeholder Partnership: Liaise with business managers, Tax, Treasury, Legal,
Internal Audit, and FP&A to represent Accounting & Finance. - Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial information for leadership,
auditors, and regional accountants. - Risk Management: Identify and articulate financial risks, recommending
improvements to controls and processes. - In-Depth Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses to verify the integrity and
accuracy of local books and records.

Requirements:
→ Minimum Qualifications: –
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience). –
2+ years of finance/treasury experience on cross-functional initiatives.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), SQL, and advanced
spreadsheet modeling.
Strong attention to detail, timeliness, and a commitment to continuous

Excellent investigative and communication skills when engaging with
