- 🧾 Process invoices and expense reports — ensure accuracy and policy compliance
- 🔍 Reconcile accounts and resolve financial discrepancies quickly
- 📊 Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and financial reports
- 📅 Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- 🗂️ Assist in internal and external audits — provide accurate documentation
✅ Requirements:
🔑 Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
🛠️ Technical Skills:
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliation, and audit support
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven financial decisions
