About the job:
The RealReal seeks an Acquisition Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding team!
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Acquisition, this role involves collaborating
across paid media channels such as Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, Digital Radio, Direct Mail,
and TV/OTT.
As a vital member of the Acquisition Marketing team, you’ll also handle ad tech/operations
for digital marketing, ensuring accurate program tagging and tracking. We’re looking for
a proactive, detail-oriented individual eager to learn and contribute, working closely with
key stakeholders to support asset briefing, campaign trafficking, channel monitoring, and
performance insights.
Job Responsibilities:
→ Monitor daily channel performance.
→ Collaborate with Acquisition team and Analytics on attribution and reporting
projects.
→ Manage channel aggregation of marketing mix modeling data weekly.
→ Own ad serving, tag implementation, troubleshooting/QA to ensure marketing
programs are launched and tracked properly.
What You Bring to The Role:
→ 1-3 years of experience in paid media channels and campaign trafficking.
→ Technical proficiency with Meta and Affiliate channels (e.g., Impact Radius), and
Television channel management.
→ Strong attention to detail with proper campaign set-up and QA experience.
→ Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, and MS Suite.
→ Highly collaborative with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
→ Proactive self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
