About the Role:
This role sits within the Membership Science and Optimization Team, which uses strategy and analytics to drive cardmember acquisition and engagement, improve marketing ROI, and support growth of the U.S. consumer card business.The Analyst will develop data-driven strategies, apply statistical methods, and work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and other partners to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Use data-driven decision-making and statistical techniques to support consumer card marketing and business goals.
📌 Translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies and recommendations for growth.
📌 Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to define metrics and track performance.
📌 Work with tools such as Hive, SQL, SAS, and MS Office to extract, analyze, and present data.
Requirements:
🎯 0–1 year of relevant analytics experience.
🎯 Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
🎯 Experience in programming/query tools like Hive, SQL, SAS, and proficiency in MS Office.
🎯 Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a self-starter attitude.
