About the Role:
As a Programmer Analyst, you will lead engagement efforts across various stages—from
problem definition and diagnosis to solution design, development, and deployment—in
large implementation and support programs. You will work closely with senior client
business and IT stakeholders, showcasing thought leadership in domain, process, and
technology. Your role is pivotal in translating complex business requirements into robust
analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Engagement: Lead initiatives from problem definition to solution
    deployment in large-scale analytics projects.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Connect with senior business and IT stakeholders,
    demonstrating expertise in analytics, process improvement, and technology.
  • Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and deploy analytics solutions
    using languages such as Python and R.
  • Advanced Analytics: Work on projects utilizing advanced AI libraries (e.g., Caffe,
    TensorFlow, Keras) to drive innovation.
  • Agile Methodologies: Apply agile principles in the development and execution of
    analytics projects to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of pure analytics experience, with hands-on programming in
    Python and R.
  • Experience working with advanced AI libraries like Caffe, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.,
    on at least one project.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of business processes in the airline domain or government
    clients.
