Job Description:
Responsibilities:
➢ Demonstrate Women’s Health Ultrasound products to customers, showcasing
potential uses, capabilities, and benefits.
➢ Coordinate and execute objective-based system training for customers and channel
partners, monitoring and reporting on training outcomes.
➢ Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment use.
➢ Monitor customer installations to improve satisfaction and maintain relationships.
➢ Support trade shows and conferences by performing product demonstrations and
customer training.
➢ Assist sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies
using market and product knowledge.
➢ Train sales and dealer teams for capability enhancement and maintain Key Opinion
Leader (KOL) relationships.
➢ Advance new product features and clinical techniques, partnering with customers
in developing training plans.
➢ Act as a focal point for problem determination, escalation, and specialty training
requests.
➢ Promote adoption of hybrid training delivery mindset for customers.
➢ Maintain required pre- and post-training documentation in line with global
guidance.
Qualifications:
➢ Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Radiology, General Imaging,
OB/GYN, Vascular sonography, and cardiology applications.
➢ Ultrasound technical/clinical industry experience with applicable certification.
➢ Profound knowledge of 2D, Doppler, and color flow imaging, experienced in 3D and
4D (For OBS/GYN).
➢ Willingness to travel up to 75% within and outside the specified geographic region.

➢ Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
