About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
📌 Design, manage, and support robust cloud and integration infrastructure for business-critical applications
📌 Proactively monitor system health using metrics and automated tools to spot and fix issues
📌 Lead incident response and troubleshooting to resolve problems fast
📌 Analyze root causes and apply long-term fixes to enhance reliability
📌 Develop automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks
📌 Collaborate with development teams to align on reliability goals and best practices
📌 Maintain detailed documentation to support knowledge sharing and troubleshooting
📌 Optimize existing solutions and suggest improvements using the latest tech
Requirements:
🎯 4–8 years’ experience in application support, cloud, or integration engineering
🎯 Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, and Oracle SOA (preferred)
🎯 Strong background in supporting Oracle/Salesforce integration and cloud-based systems
🎯 Experience in automation, CI/CD, distributed systems, and security best practices
🎯 Skilled in scripting (Python, Shell, etc.)
🎯 Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and incident management skills
🎯 Familiarity with databases, cloud tools, and system monitoring
🎯 Ability to work independently and anticipate impacts across interconnected systems
🎯 Master’s degree in IT (preferred, but not required)
