Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure first-level proactive and reactive maintenance.
- Regularly prioritize faults to meet SLA.
- Handle emergencies and, if required, coordinate with the first-level operations and
investigate faults/cause-related. - Deal with complaints and escalations raised by end-customer Operations/CC center.
- Handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions.
Education Requirement:
BE (E&C)
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of Domain (Mandatory).
- Ensure the usage of all processes and tools as per agreed SLA.
- Knowledge of technical support activities.
- Delegate/coordinate tasks efficiently.
