Job Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure first-level proactive and reactive maintenance.
  2. Regularly prioritize faults to meet SLA.
  3. Handle emergencies and, if required, coordinate with the first-level operations and
    investigate faults/cause-related.
  4. Deal with complaints and escalations raised by end-customer Operations/CC center.
  5. Handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions.

Education Requirement:

Diploma (E&C) / BSc (Electronics)

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Knowledge of Domain (Mandatory).
  2. Ensure the usage of all processes and tools as per agreed SLA.
  3. Knowledge of technical support activities.
  4. Delegate/coordinate tasks efficiently
