Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support in hiring talent at Jio centers with a focus on Home Business
    (Direct/indirect).
  2. Source resumes from various job portals and employee referrals.
  3. Shortlist and schedule interviews.
  4. Drive walk-ins, social media campaigns, and tie-ups with NGOs/Skill councils.
  5. Handle offer processing in the hiring portal, preboarding, joining, and
    documentation.

Education Requirement:

Graduate in any discipline (PG or Diploma in HR preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Knowledge of job portals
  2. Proficient in MS Excel
  3. Effective communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  4. Fluency in the local language
  5. Target orientation
