Job Responsibilities:
- Manage post-joining employee life cycle.
- Ensure completion of Induction and RFR as per the defined schedule.
- Ensure timely completion of all HR operational tasks, ensuring a seamless
employee experience. - Execute PMS within defined timelines and laid guidelines.
- Ensure completion of assigned field visits, as per company guidelines.
- Effectively execute all Employee Engagement initiatives within the allocated
budget. - Develop strong employee connections and support in the resolution of
employee issues and grievances. - Ensure basic HR Hygiene and support the IR team on compliance issues.
- Facilitate the Internal Job Process (IJP) for eligible employees, as per company
guidelines.
Education Requirement:
Master’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resources
